PNG Terms of Use
Purchasing a PNG file includes a limited commercial license for creating physical finished products.
You May:
-Create physical finished products for personal or small business use.
-Sell up to 100 finished products per individual PNG purchase.
-Sell up to 500 finished products when purchasing a bundle.
-Upload files to your preferred manufacturer, printer, or transfer provider for production of your own finished products.
You May Not:
-Resell, share, gift, trade, or redistribute the digital files.
-Upload artwork to print-on-demand marketplaces or fulfillment services for resale.
-Claim the artwork as your own.
-Alter the artwork for the purpose of reselling or redistributing the digital files.

License Terms
• Commercial use for physical products
• Production of up to 1,000 finished items per design bundle
• 1-year license term beginning on the date of purchase
• Use of the included design files for garments, sewn goods, and other physical products
• Use of the included PNG artwork for DTF or similar garment printing methods
• Licensees may use any print shop or print-on-demand service of their choice to manufacture physical products for sale through their own business
Semi-Exclusive Release
Each bundle is released as a semi-exclusive license, meaning only 10 licenses are available per design bundle during the exclusivity period. After the exclusivity period ends, regardless of purchase date, the designs may be released to my print-on-demand fabric shops.
Not Allowed
The following uses are not permitted:
• Reselling or sharing the design files in any form
• Selling DTF transfers, sublimation transfers, or digital downloads of the artwork
• Selling fabric yardage printed with the designs
• Uploading or selling the designs on print-on-demand marketplaces (such as Spoonflower, Redbubble, Zazzle, Amazon Merch, or similar platforms) is not permitted.
• Mass manufacturing or large-scale commercial production
• Modifying the artwork and reselling it as a new design
License Limitations
• License is granted to one business only and may not be transferred or shared
• License is limited to 1,000 finished products per bundle
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring production quantities stay within this limit
